Chai Spiced Yogurt Parfaits with Apricots
Serves: 4 servings
  • 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek style yogurt
  • 1 cup granola cereal
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 15 oz. can of Libby’s® Apricot Halves, drained
  • Whip Cream, optional
  1. Combine the spices and the yogurt. Stir to mix well.
  2. Sprinkle a layer of granola in the bottom of a small jar or cup. Layer with a large scoop of yogurt, followed by sliced bananas and apricot halves.
  3. Repeat the process if desired. Optional, top with whipped cream and/or a sprinkle of granola.
