Cranberry Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1⅓ cup water
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana (can be frozen)
  • 4 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 apple, cored and quartered (doesn't need to be peeled)
  • ½ cup whole, frozen cranberries
  • 4 to 6 whole pitted dates, or as desired for sweetness
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender in the order listed here. Blend until smooth.
