We love mangoes! We love them because they are delicious (Hello there Peach Mango Smoothie, you tasty thing). However, I recently partnered with the National Mango Board and The Motherhood to learn more about mangoes. Turns out, not only are mangoes yummy, they are also really good for us too. I love it when delicious is also healthy.
The first step to a tasty mango recipe, like these Mango Shrimp Wraps, is to know how to cut a mango. It seems trickier than it is, I promise! This quick video shows you how to properly cut a mango, and also how to pick a good mango and how to speed up the ripening process.

My son LOVES mango, so any recipe with mango in it will go down a treat in our household.
Your twitter chat sounds great, but due to time zone issues I will sadly miss it 🙁
Hope it all goes really well.
All the best
