Green Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie
1 cup milk (rice, soy, almond, etc.)
3 tablespoons raw peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 or 3 large handfuls of baby spinach
2 cups frozen strawberries
Combine all of the ingredients in the order listed in a high powered blender. Blend until smooth. Makes 4 servings.
